I’m PMP-certified, with additional training in Agile and product practices (PSM, PSPO), and hands-on experience across marketing technology platforms including Salesforce, Marketo and Dynamics 365.
Most of my work sits where systems, teams and delivery intersect.
HOW I THINK
I think in terms of systems, constraints and sequence.
The problems I’m most interested in usually aren’t about effort or intelligence. They’re about people, decisions and structure.
Clarity tends to reduce complexity faster than optimization.
I spend time asking:
What’s actually blocking progress?
What decision hasn’t been made yet?
Where is context living only in people’s heads?
What needs to be explicit for this to move forward?
WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK WITH ME
I usually get involved when the work is already a bit messy.
Not broken, just carrying too much ambiguity for the project to move comfortably.
Over time, a few things tend to change:
Fewer open questions
Clearer ownership
Decisions that hold
More celebratory beers with the team
Less re-alignment.
More patios in the Colorado sun, talking about what’s next instead of what’s stuck.
