My background is in technical project management & marketing technology, and most of my work is systems, teams & delivery meet.

I tend to get involved when scope is unclear and progress depends more on coordination and decision-making than effort.

Expertise

My universe includes formal project and product training (PMP, PSM, PSPO) alongside hands-on experience in sales/marketing technology platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Dynamics).

I focus on the practical: apply structure where it helps execution and staying out of the way where it doesn’t.
